**Refund and Cancellation Policy**
Bidar Chess Association

At **Bidar Chess Association**, we strive to provide quality chess workshops, tournaments, events,
and seminars. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our **Refund and Cancellation
Policy** to ensure transparency and fairness for all participants.
### **1. Workshop, Seminar, and Event Fees**
- **Cancellation by Participant:**
- Cancellations made **7 days or more** before the event/workshop date will be eligible for a **full refund**,
minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made **within 3-6 days** before the event/workshop date will be eligible for a **50% refund**.
- Cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the event/workshop will **not** be eligible for a refund.
- **Cancellation by Bidar Chess Association:**
- If an event, workshop, or seminar is canceled by **Bidar Chess Association**, participants will receive a
**full refund** or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
### **2. Chess Tournaments**
- **Entry Fees are Non-Refundable** unless the tournament is canceled by the **Bidar Chess Association**.
- In case of a rescheduled tournament, participants can either request a **full refund** or transfer their
entry to the new date.
### **3. Membership and Subscription Fees**
- **All membership and subscription fees are non-refundable** once paid.
- Memberships are valid for the designated period and cannot be transferred or prorated.
### **4. Refund Processing**
- Approved refunds will be processed within **7-10 business days** via the original mode of payment.
- Any applicable **bank or transaction charges** will be deducted from the refund amount.
